Drafting Your Will?
Many people may have considered setting up their Will, but do not know where to start. At Grace Solicitors LLP we can advise you to understand how to get your will correct, giving you peace of mind.
Setting up Your Will
One of the most important legal services we provide is drafting Wills. Rather than a daunting task, writing your will can bring significant peace of mind. You can be assured that your estate will be distributed as you wish.
No matter how complex your situation may be, we can advise you. During our will consultancy, we will share the up to date information on the implications that your decisions will have for your beneficiaries, such as taxation.
Our Approach – One to One Consultation
We follow the guidelines provided by The Law Society. For your will consultation, we will meet you on your own. This allows us to fully understand your requirements and circumstances, providing the best advice for your situation. It is important that someone making a will feels comfortable about giving instructions freely and that they are not under any pressure from any third party.
Sometimes a person might feel more comfortable with another person in the room as this puts them at their ease and we don’t object to this initially but we would ask that friend or relative to leave to ensure that we are getting instructions from you without interference.
For Your Peace of Mind
- It is really important to note that your Will is an extremely private document. Nobody will see your Will until after your time.
- You are under no obligation to give anyone a copy.
- You are under no obligation to tell anyone what is in it.
- You are under no obligation to tell someone they are an executor.
